Dried Fish from Capiz! Kainan na! :)


Late na kami dumating sa bahay galing office, nag-agahan pa kasi kami sa mini stop dahil natakam ako sa chicken nila. Pagdating ko sa bahay, pagbukas ko palang ng pinto eh amoy ko na ang daing. Nakakagutom ulit kaya diretso ako sa mesa at nakita ko ang nakahain. Sigaw ako, ahas! ahas! haha mukha naman kasi talaga syang maliit na ahas :)

Dahil sa bango nag-agahan ulit ako! Dried fish from Capiz! Para makumpleto gumawa ako ng sawsawan: white vinegar, onion, sugar at salt.

Oh ano? kainan na! Sarap pala ng daing ng Capiz, first time ko makatikim nito (di naman masyadong obviouse haha). Haist kalami!! kaya ayan - kinamay ko na!.

    ay nakakamiss kumain ng ganito at magkamay. sarap din kung may sawsawang maanghang na suka :) nagutom ako!
